The home also comes equipped with a 16.91KW solar PV array to offset electricity consumption, and a whole home propane backup generator with an automatic transfer switch during power outages.

The home includes propane gas, supplying a number of appliances including a gas cooktop in the kitchen, outdoor grill, pool / spa heater, (2) tankless hot water heaters, and a whole home backup generator.
The kitchen is designed with an oversized island, Sub Zero double ovens, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, a walk-in pantry, a bar / wine area with dual wine refrigerators, and a dedicated coffee station. The main lanai includes a large summer kitchen with a 42” grill and hood.
